Terms & Conditions – Alif (الف)

By placing an order with Alif (الف), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All Alif pieces are made-to-order. Production begins only after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as the piece is specially prepared for you.

Payment

We accept advance payments only through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is minimum 7 working days as each piece is made-to-order.

If you require urgent delivery, an additional PKR 600 urgent processing fee will apply.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are:

• PKR 200 within Lahore
• PKR 250 all over Pakistan

Eid Deliveries

During Eid season, delivery is available only within Lahore due to high order volume.

For other cities, orders may be dispatched after Eid depending on production schedule.

Product Variations

Since our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, slight variations in stitching, lace placement, or color shade may occur. These are not considered defects.
