Refund & Exchange Policy – Alif (الف)

At Alif (الف), each piece is carefully prepared for our customers. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we follow the policy below.

No Cash Refund

We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if the product has:

• Major stitching defect
• Torn or damaged fabric
• Serious color issue

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures & unboxing videos. 

After verification, we will exchange the item or compensate accordingly.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for exchange.
